Returns and Refunds


Who likes easy returns and refunds? WE DO!


We understand that it can be a little (or a lot) daunting to make a purchase online without feeling the texture of the fabric, trying it on first etc.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for full refund within twenty (20) days of purchase. If you would like to return an item and the twenty (20) days of purchase period has passed, you will receive store credit for the dollar amount of the returned item. We recommend that you return your package with insurance just incase your package is lost during shipment. If the garment is worn or without tags, you will not receive a refund. We do not charge re-stocking fees.


Checklist for returning items:    

1. Access your orders history, from your account.
2. Select the order you want to send an item back from.
3. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by ticking the box next to its/their name(s).
4. Add an explanation, in order for us to understand why the item is to be returned.


Once the form is complete, click on “Make a RMA slip”, which will be sent to us. We will contact you if any additional information is needed.

Once we receive your item, you will receive your refund within 10 business days. If an item is not refundable, we will contact you via email explaining why. It is up to the customer to arrange for reshipment.


All sales are final on underwear, lingerie, accessories and clearance items. All promotions applied to the order will be subject to change.  There are no refunds for international orders.


Exchanges


Would you like to make an exchange one item for another?


Follow these steps and you will be looking fabulous in no time:
1.    Go to shopattik.com and find the item that you would like to exchange for your unwanted item.
2.    Once you have sent off your shipment, send us an email with your name, order number, and the new items so that we can hold them for you. We will hold your items for up to 5 days.
Once we receive your shipment, we will process your exchange. If the total of your new items is less than your previous order, we will credit your account. If the total of your new items is more than your previous order, we will debit your account. There are no exchanges for international orders.
